Ivanhoe Gardens include apartments, retirement, aged care and childcare facilities over a maximum of 16 levels. The building includes a three level basement, multiple ground floor entries from both Linden Avenue and Myrtle Street, common terraces and externally landscaped communal areas.

LTE Construction Group have been contracted to design and construct the basement retention system and bulk excavation works including the following:
– 140 retention piles
– Capping beam
– Temporary ground anchors
– Shotcrete walls
– Bulk excavation of site including spoil disposal of over 120,000m3
– Basement level slab on ground, pad footings and rafts
