LTE Construction Group were contracted to design and construct the basement retention system and bulk excavation works including the following:
– Minor demolition works
– 215 retention piles
– 20 foundation piles
– Capping beam
– Temporary ground anchors
– Shotcrete walls
– Bulk excavation of site including spoil disposal
– Detailed excavation of in-ground footings
– Detailed excavation for slab on ground
